J& M Carpet Cleaning Services provide Residential or Commercial quality carpet cleaning using the Hot Water Extraction method which is recommended by most carpet manufacturers.  Manufacturers recommend professional cleaning every 12–18 months, depending on traffic and other use factors, frequency of vacuuming and whether the carpet is a light or dark color.  Your carpet will look better and last longer.

Minor Water Damage Assistance
J & M Floor Covering, Inc. & Cleaning Services will come to you aid if you need immediate assistance in dealing with water damage to your home or business.
     In the event that you have a water leak time is critical!!! Call us immediately to avoid an insurance claim, if possible. We will come out and do an urgent assessment and evaluation of your situation and walk you through the process of getting your home clean, dry and sanitized.  Time is important, because the longer you wait, the more it could cost you if mold has time to grow, or other hazardous materials such as sewage can lead to health issues.
     Water damage services include the inspection of the affected area(s) with water sensing equipment such as probes and other infrared tools in order to determine the source of the damage, and possible extent of area affected. Restoration services would then be rendered to the residence in order to dry the structure, sanitize any affected or cross contaminated areas, and deodorize all affected areas and materials. After the labor is completed, water damage equipment including, but not limited to, air movers, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, wood floor drying systems, and sub floor drying equipment is left in the residence. After a period of two to three days are the labor is completed, a reevaluation of the residence is taken to monitor the drying process, and any equipment not further needed is removed as to keep the charges under control.
